Must submit data quarterly – either via approved accounting software or via ourselves
MTD affects self-employed and landlords – companies and partnerships not affected

From 1st April 2026 – self-employed IF income (not profit) greater than £50,000 a year
From 1st April 2026 – rental income greater than £50,000 a year
From 1st April 2027 – self-employed IF income (not profit) greater than £30,000 a year
From 1st April 2027 – rental income greater than £30,000 a year
